New Year’s Resolutions

The new year is on the doorstep, and besides celebrating the start of 2017, many people also make one, or several, resolutions for themselves.

A New Year’s resolution is a tradition, most common in the Western Hemisphere, in which a person resolves to change an undesired trait or behavior.

Most resolutions cover self improvement or are education related, or are weight related resolutions.

Also on the list are money related resolutions followed by relationship ones.

While people’s intentions are good, most times resolutions start out well, but after a week, 2 weeks, a month, the resolution is broken.

Experts say to make resolutions that are fairly easy to attain so that you don’t get frustrated and give up.

Take the resolution in small steps and you have a better chance of success.

If you are making a New Year’s resolution or two, good luck and don’t kick yourself if you slip a few times.  Practice makes perfect.
